Purifying Sage Stick
Our White Sage smudge sticks are assembled and tied by hand !
They are used for cleaning the Aura... The bouquet is burned before meditation or prayer, this purification ritual has been practiced for a very long time to connect to the spiritual realm or to increase intuition. It is also often used by therapists before and/or after a treatment.
Directions for use
Burning sage is known to improve mood, it could also be an excellent ally against stress !
The combustion process is quite simple : just burn one of the ends of the stick, wait for the flame to take hold, extinguish it, then let the smoke act in the space... Use a ceramic bowl, a shell, a clay or glass container to redeposit the sage stick in fumigation and capture the ashes.
Precaution for use : Properly extinguish the bouquet after use. Do not leave the stick unattended until it is completely extinguished !
