Advice for hot use:
Make sure the hot water bottle is clean and dry before placing it in the microwave (60 seconds at 800 Watts max). Once heated, mix it to distribute the heat evenly. Or you can also use the heat from the radiator to heat it, in this case you just have to place it on your radiator at a gentle temperature... Be careful! Do not place on an electric heater whose surface cannot be covered.
Advice for cold use:
Slip the hot water bottle in a food bag to avoid humidity, before placing it in the refrigerator or freezer. It will relieve blows, shocks or simply to cool you down in case of high heat!
Maintenance:
Do not put the hot water bottle in the washing machine. For the cover, wash at 30°, no tumble dryer and soft iron.

Always make sure the hot water bottle is not too hot before using it. To be used under the supervision of an adult. Do not ingest content. This hot water bottle is not a toy.
